- 2025 HOA Dues are $115.00/month. Dues can be paid monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi annually or annually. Dues are due the 1st of each month and past due if not received by the 10th of the month in which an automatic $5.00 late fee will be assessed. Late fees do accumulate.
